Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 31, 2026

DigiDaddy (“we”, “us”, or “I”) respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect, why, and what you can do about it. If anything here is unclear, reach out at hello@digidaddy.me.

DigiDaddy (digidaddy.me) is a blog about AI tools, automation, and work tech. It’s run by Chris.

Information you give us directly:

  • Your name and email if you sign up for the newsletter
  • Your name, email, and message if you use a contact form
  • Any details you include when leaving a comment

Information collected automatically:

  • Basic analytics data (pages visited, time on site, rough location, device and browser type)
  • Cookies and similar tools (more on that below)

We use your information to send you the newsletter (if you signed up), respond to your messages, understand which content people find useful, and keep the site running and secure. We don’t sell your personal information to anyone.

Cookies are small files your browser stores. We use them to remember your preferences and to measure site traffic through analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as smoothly.

We use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console) to see how the site is performing. These tools collect data like pages viewed and general location, usually in a form that doesn’t directly identify you.

Some posts contain affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. We only recommend tools we’ve actually tried or believe are useful. Buying through these links is one way you can support the site.

We may display ads from third-party networks (such as Google AdSense). These networks may use cookies to show ads based on your interests and past visits. You can usually manage ad personalization through your Google account or browser settings.

If you subscribe, we’ll email you updates and new posts. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out anytime. We use an email service provider to manage this, and your email is stored with them, not sold or shared.

We rely on third-party services (hosting, email, analytics, ad networks) that may process limited data to do their job. Each has its own privacy policy.

You can ask us what data we hold about you, request a copy, or ask us to delete it. Just email hello@digidaddy.me and we’ll take care of it.

This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy as the site grows. When we do, we’ll change the “last updated” date at the top.
